Public transport
Passau is located on the international railroad line Amsterdam – Cologne – Frankfurt/M – Vienna and is easy to reach by public transport. The train station is about 20 minutes walk from the hotel. If you are walking, follow the Danube downstream. Otherwise, we recommend a cab or the City Bus stop Rathausplatz (daily except on weekends).

By car
Car parking space 20,00€/night
For your car we can reserve, depending on availability, a parking spot in our hotel garage 150 meters away. We kindly ask you to request a parking space reservation when booking your room, as parking possibilities in the narrow old town of Passau are generally very limited.

You are traveling by car to the cruise and do not have a parking space for your car yet? No problem we will take care of it. Find more detailed information for long-term parkers in the paragraph below.

Cycle travelers
Our hotel is located directly on the Danube Cycle Path in Passau.
With us, even your bike will find a nice room. We can safely store your bike in our covered and secured bike room (sockets for e-bikes are available).
Long-term parking during your ship voyage
If you are arriving by car and would like to have your vehicle safely parked during your cruise, we will be happy to take care of this for you.
Upon arrival at the hotel, we will arrange for your car to be collected by a local partner and parked for the duration of your trip, according to your preference, either in a secured outdoor area or in a secured indoor garage. After your return, you will be brought from the ship or transfer bus to your vehicle. If you are staying with us again after your trip, your car will be returned to the hotel on your departure day.
For organizational reasons, we kindly ask that vehicles are dropped off no later than 4:30 pm. If you are only able to arrive later, please make sure to inform us in advance.
Long-term parking fees must be paid in cash at the hotel.
The parking rates for 2026 are as follows; each additional day is charged at €10.00 per day.
The private transfer from the ship to your vehicle costs €10.00 per person.
