    During your stay we offer you free WIFI in all areas of the hotel.

    You will receive the access data for this upon arrival.

Worth knowing

  • Upon request, we provide our youngest guests with a baby crib free of charge. Children up to 3 years stay in their parents’ bed without extra charge, in an extra bed for 19,00 €. The extra bed for children up to 12 years of age is charged with 19,00 € per night incl. our Residenz breakfast from the buffet. The extra bed in a double room incl. our Residenz breakfast from the buffet costs 29,00 € per night for adults and children from 13 years.

  • For the overnight stay of your dog we charge 10,00 € per night. We ask for your understanding that dogs can only be accepted upon request and cannot be booked for all rooms and categories. Dogs are not allowed in the breakfast area, as well as sauna area.

  • Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is absolutely prohibited in the entire hotel. This also applies in the rooms, the bathrooms and at the open window.
